Refund Policy
Effective date: May 31, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Reviui, operated by SJF Ventures LLC (DBA Reviui). Because Reviui delivers digital services and AI-generated reports that consume compute resources immediately on purchase, refunds are granted on a limited basis as described below.
2. Free assessments
The Free plan does not involve payment, so refunds do not apply.
3. Subscription plans (Professional, Agency)
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- 14-day refund window: If you are dissatisfied with your first paid subscription period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided you have not used more than 5 audits during that period.
- Renewals (after the first paid period) are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
- Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; we do not prorate unused time.
4. Add-ons and one-time purchases
One-time purchases such as additional audit credits, premium reports, or consultation packages are non-refundable once the deliverable has been generated, accessed, downloaded, or scheduled. Unredeemed add-ons may be refunded within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.
5. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund of the disputed amount.
6. Service availability
If Reviui experiences a sustained outage that prevents you from using your subscription for a material portion of a billing period, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@reviui.com from the address associated with your account. Include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for the request. We typically respond within 5 business days.
8. Method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
10. Changes to this policy
