These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reviui website and services (the "Service"), provided by SJF Ventures LLC, doing business as Reviui ("Reviui", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Reviui generates AI-powered assessments of public websites you submit. Reports include automated scores, findings, and recommendations. Output is generated by machine-learning systems and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for evaluating suitability before acting on it.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you are not authorized to assess, or that violate the rights of others.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property, harass, defame, or violate any law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions.
• Resell, white-label, or redistribute Reviui output except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Upload malware or use the Service to attack any third party.

• Pricing, included usage, and add-ons are described on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Reviui and the Service, including its software, branding, and content, are owned by SJF Ventures LLC and protected by applicable law.
• You retain ownership of the URLs and inputs you submit.
• Subject to these Terms and full payment of fees, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports we generate for you for your internal business purposes and for client-facing deliverables consistent with your plan.

The Service fetches publicly accessible website content and uses third-party providers (hosting, AI models, payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reports are advisory and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviui and SJF Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SJF Ventures LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
